Agreement and site purpose

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the inquiry or booking features. The site presents CHASELIFE 720 LLC services and provides a way to request an exploratory review or conversation.

No engagement by inquiry

Submitting an inquiry, receiving an automated classification or receipt, exchanging email, or booking a call does not create a client relationship, agency, partnership, fiduciary duty, exclusivity obligation, or commitment to perform services. Scope, price, payment, timing, deliverables, confidentiality, ownership, licenses, credits, approvals, and cancellation rights apply only when stated in a separate written agreement accepted by authorized management.

Automated routing and drafts are administrative aids. Management retains the final decision on project acceptance, rejection, pricing, contracts, licensing, and creative direction.

Bookings, cancellation, and no-shows

Strategy calls are exploratory and normally last 30 minutes. When reasonably possible, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment using the calendar invitation or by emailing CHASELIFE 720. If a participant has not joined within 15 minutes and has not communicated a delay, management may record the appointment as a no-show and release the remaining time.

There is no no-show fee unless a separate signed agreement expressly provides one. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require management approval before another appointment is offered. CHASELIFE 720 may reschedule because of availability, emergencies, technical failure, or operational needs.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape or overwhelm the service, or use it to transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, or highly sensitive information. CHASELIFE 720 may restrict access or disregard submissions reasonably believed to be abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.

Ideas and intellectual property

You retain rights you already hold in material you submit. You represent that you may lawfully share it for evaluation. Unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in effect, do not submit trade secrets or material requiring special handling. Submission does not prevent CHASELIFE 720 from developing or receiving similar ideas independently.

The site design, copy, artwork, software, brand elements, and CHASELIFE 720 materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No license is granted except the limited permission necessary to view and use this site for its intended purpose.

Third-party services

The site may link to Google Calendar, Google Meet, email applications, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them. CHASELIFE 720 does not control their availability, security, accessibility, or independent processing.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis for general informational and inquiry purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHASELIFE 720 disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHASELIFE 720 LLC and its managers, personnel, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability related solely to this free website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where CHASELIFE 720 LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These website terms do not replace the dispute, governing-law, or venue provisions of a signed project agreement.

We may update these terms as the site or operations change. The posted “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms govern future use.
