Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the CHASELIFE 720 LLC website and communications initiated through it. “CHASELIFE 720,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean CHASELIFE 720 LLC, a creative production, AI automation, and content systems company operating in the United States.
The site is designed for prospective clients, collaborators, creators, small businesses, organizations, and people seeking project-based services. It is not directed to children.
Information and collection
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, project scale, readiness, target window, working budget range, and project brief. Organization information is optional. Please do not include passwords, government identification numbers, financial account information, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information.
How the inquiry form works
When you submit the form, the website transmits your entries to a database used by CHASELIFE 720 for inquiry review. The record includes your answers, a unique inquiry reference, the date and time received, workflow status, responsible role, next action, internal due date, the version of this notice acknowledged, and an automated routing classification. The private management workspace may also contain internal review notes, response drafts, contact history, activity records, outcomes, and a possible-duplicate reference.
Automated classification
The intake system evaluates only the project information you provide—such as service lane, readiness, target window, working budget, and the completeness of the brief—to classify the inquiry as ready for discovery, scoping, or build review. It also compares the submitted email address with active inquiries to flag possible duplicates for human review. These functions organize workflow, schedule internal actions, prepare receipt and alert messages, generate draft communications, and provide an immediate on-screen next step. They do not approve or reject a project, set pricing, create a contract, decide ownership or licensing, or make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Technical information
Website hosting, network, security, and email providers may automatically process limited technical information—such as IP address, device or browser type, request time, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services. CHASELIFE 720 does not use this site to build advertising profiles.
How information is used
Information received in a submitted inquiry may be used to:
- respond to your inquiry and communicate about a potential or active project;
- route and preliminarily classify the inquiry, then evaluate scope, fit, timing, resources, and next steps;
- prepare proposals, estimates, contracts, invoices, or project records;
- operate, protect, debug, and improve our services and communications;
- prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce agreements.
We do not use inquiry content to train public artificial-intelligence models. We will not add you to recurring promotional email solely because you sent an inquiry; any optional marketing subscription will require a separate choice. Material decisions about accepting work, pricing, rights, licensing, and contractual terms are made by management rather than by the intake classification.
Sharing and disclosure
CHASELIFE 720 does not sell or rent personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:
- providers that support email, website hosting, security, storage, business operations, or professional services, subject to their own terms and safeguards;
- contractors or collaborators who need the information to evaluate or perform requested work and are expected to protect it;
- lawyers, accountants, insurers, or other advisers acting in a professional capacity;
- government bodies or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety, property, or security; or
- a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable notice requirements.
Cookies and tracking
CHASELIFE 720 does not place advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics tags on this site. The site records a small number of first-party events—such as a completed inquiry or opening the booking page—to measure inquiries, booking interest, and business outcomes. Those event records do not contain an advertising identifier, cookie identifier, IP address, or device fingerprint. The inquiry form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and submission timing check. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs necessary to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services.
Retention
Entries are not transmitted to CHASELIFE 720 until you submit the form. An inquiry that is closed without becoming a client engagement is ordinarily scheduled for deletion review 12 months after closure. An open inquiry is ordinarily reviewed after 24 months of inactivity. Intake records connected with an accepted or completed engagement may be retained for up to 36 months after closure, while contracts, invoices, rights records, tax records, or dispute materials may be kept longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Deletion removes the record from the active workflow; residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups until the applicable backup cycle completes. A verified deletion request may accelerate removal unless retention is required to complete a requested transaction, prevent fraud, protect legal rights, or comply with law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of information we hold. Access is limited to people and providers with a legitimate need. No website, email system, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive credentials or regulated personal information by ordinary email.
Your choices and requests
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent, or to stop non-essential communications. Some information may be retained when required by law, needed to complete a transaction you requested, protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or honor another lawful exception.
Email chaselife720llc@icloud.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the email address involved. We may take reasonable steps to verify that you are the person concerned or an authorized representative before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
This site and its services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information to CHASELIFE 720, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. A parent or guardian should make any inquiry concerning a minor.
International visitors
CHASELIFE 720 operates in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in responding and securing our operations, or with your consent.
Third-party services
This site uses hosting, database, network-security, and communications infrastructure and links to Google Calendar for appointment booking. Opening that link sends you to Google, which may process booking details, account information, and technical information under Google's own terms and privacy notice. A Google Meet link may be generated after booking. CHASELIFE 720 is not responsible for a third party's independent privacy or security practices. Review the applicable notices before providing information through a linked service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the site, our practices, providers, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects information already collected, we will provide notice when required and seek consent when applicable.
